Due to the digital nature of these designs, refunds and exchanges are not offered. This is a digital file, nothing will be mailed to you. You will need to know some basic computer functions to use these files. How to download and how to transfer the file. If you are printing at home you will need to know how to use your software and printer. Since there are so MANY different software and printers I cannot assist with technical questions. Please refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer for any of these types of issues.
